Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 25, 2026
This policy explains how Veridian Vantage Solutions LLC (“Veridian Vantage,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website (Veridian Vantage), use our AI floor visualizer, request a quote, or otherwise interact with us. We’re a residential and commercial epoxy flooring contractor based in Winter Garden, FL, serving Central Florida.
1. Information we collect
You give us directly
- Contact info: name, email address, phone number, and service address when you request a quote or schedule a visit.
- Project details: square footage, location (garage / interior / commercial), existing surface, floor type and color preferences, free-text notes about your project.
- Photos: photos of the space you want refinished, uploaded through our AI visualizer.
- Verification responses: when we ask you to confirm your email or phone with a one-time code, we record that the verification succeeded (but not the code itself).
Collected automatically when you visit
- Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, time spent. Used for rate limiting, fraud prevention, and aggregate analytics.
- Cookies and similar: a session cookie to remember your language preference, plus the Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Pixel for ad attribution when you arrive from Meta-served ads. See Cookies below.
We do not collect
- We do not ask for Social Security numbers, government IDs, or financial account details. Card payments are processed directly by Stripe — we never see your full card number or CVC.
- We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. See Children’s privacy below.
2. How we use your information
- To generate AI floor previews for the photo you upload.
- To prepare and send you a quote.
- To schedule and perform the flooring work you book with us.
- To communicate with you about your quote, install date, warranty, or related service questions.
- To verify your contact information (one-time codes by email and SMS) so we can reach you and so fraudulent leads can’t consume our team’s time.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents (rate limiting, signature verification, etc.).
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Meta and to optimize ad delivery for similar customers.
- To comply with legal obligations, including tax, contractor licensing, and warranty record-keeping requirements.

All visitors
You can ask us to: (a) tell you what personal information we have about you, (b) correct it if it’s wrong, (c) delete it, or (d) send you a copy in a portable format. Reach us at veridians@veridiansflooring.comwith “Privacy request” in the subject. We’ll respond within 30 days.
California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
In addition to the rights above, you have the right to know what categories of personal information we collected in the past 12 months, the sources, the business purposes, and the categories of third parties we shared it with — all of which are described in this policy. You have the right to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising except via the Meta Pixel described above. You can opt out of the Meta Pixel by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser or by emailing us at veridians@veridiansflooring.com.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
European visitors (GDPR)
We are a Florida company. To the extent the GDPR applies, our lawful bases are: performance of a contract (preparing and delivering your quote), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, ad effectiveness measurement), and consent for optional cookies and marketing communications. You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict processing, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, email veridians@veridiansflooring.com.
6. Communications and TCPA
When you give us your phone number to request a quote or schedule a visit, you agree we may contact you about your project at that number, including by SMS for the one-time verification codes and important install reminders. We do not send marketing SMS without separate opt-in. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can stop transactional messages by replying STOP; for project-related messages you can also tell us by email or phone.
7. Cookies
We use three kinds of cookies and similar technologies:
- Strictly necessary: a session cookie that remembers your selected language. Cannot be disabled.
- Functional: none beyond the language cookie above.
- Advertising:the Meta Pixel, which fires when you arrive at our site (typically from a Facebook or Instagram ad) and when you reach milestones like submitting a quote request. The Pixel uses cookies and similar identifiers Meta sets on your device. You can disable third-party cookies in your browser, install browser-level tracker blockers, or use Meta’s opt-out tools.
8. Security
We use TLS (HTTPS) for all traffic, server-side rate limiting, encrypted-at-rest storage for sensitive fields, and rotate credentials when there’s any signal of exposure. We never store payment card numbers — those go straight to Stripe’s PCI-compliant infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; in the unlikely event of a breach involving your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by Florida and federal law.
9. Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for adults shopping for residential or commercial flooring. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact veridians@veridiansflooring.com and we will delete it.
10. Photos with people in them
When you upload a photo of the space you want refinished, please do not include identifiable images of other people. Our AI processor (Google Gemini) may analyze faces visible in photographs. We are not able to verify that you have the right to share photos containing other people, and you agree you do have that right (or that the photo contains no identifiable individuals) before uploading.
11. Changes to this policy
We’ll update this page when our practices change, with a new effective date at the top. For material changes we’ll also notify customers with active quote requests by email.
